Here's how our appraisers are paid.

We make getting paid simple! As a staff appraiser you'll be paid bi-monthly for all completed assignments. We don't require you to wait until we get paid before we pay you for your work. That means no tracking receivables or waiting 90 days to be paid for your work! Let’s break this down so you can see exactly what we’re talking about.

Base Salary - Making sure you always have a safety net to fall back on.

All our appraisers will make $100,000 per year base pay no matter what! That way you can budget your expenses without worrying about how much volume comes in yesterday, today, or tomorrow. Our appraisers are expected to handle at least 10 assignments per week, but some of our appraisers complete up to 25 assignments per week. You get to choose how much work you want, and you can adjust that anytime.

60% Fee Splits

Our staff appraisers make 60% of the fee.  If your split is higher than your base pay, then we pay you that amount.  If your fee split doesn't cover the base pay, then you know you'll still make your base pay rate of $100,000 per year.  Easy to track, and easy to budget for.

Monthly Expense Stipends

On top of your base pay or fee split, you'll get the following expense stipend to cover the day to day costs.

  • $400 per month gas / travel expenses

  • $350 per month for health savings contributions

Here are some real world examples so you can see how it works!  Fees vary by area, and the average amount cited here might not be reflective of your market.  In our core markets in Texas our average fee is over $600, and our company average across all regions, as of 11/01/2021 is $552.  We have used the average company fee for the demonstrations below.

40 Orders Completed In 2 Week Pay Period

40 x $552 x 60% Fee Split =     $13,248

Annualized Rate = $326,952

If you're paycheck ever falls below the $100,000 base salary rate, then you still make the base salary.
