Our system increases efficiency, allowing appraisers to complete 30-40% more work than they could on their own.  Qualified candidates should be able to complete at least 10 full appraisals per week.

We are hiring licensed, certified, and certified general staff appraisers in the following states:

Florida, Nevada, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, & Washington.

Benefits Include:

  1. Base pay of $100,000 per year, but most of our appraisers make over $175k per year!
  2. We handle all of the headaches including; all client communication, bid requests, data entry, sales & marketing, panel management, invoicing & collections, record keeping & compliance, technology integration & website development, etc.
  3. Flexible W2 employee or independent contractor model. Appraisers set their own schedules and telecommute from their home offices.
  4. We provide $400 /mo gas allowance, company iPhone& laptop, 401(k), and 2 weeks paid vacation.
  5. We also cover all fees for license renewal, E&O insurance, MLS and software (Alamode), continuing education.

Job Requirements:​
​
  1. Appraisal license or certification in good standing.  No disciplinary actions in the past 3 years. Currently covered by E&O insurance.
  2. Good understanding of USPAP, FNMA, and local appraisal requirements.
  3. Good understanding of report development, underwriting requirements, and appraisal methodology.
  4. Good working knowledge of appraisal software, and how to interact with websites.
  5. Must conduct themselves professionally, and courteously at all times to customers, clients, and co-workers.
  6. Full access to data services in your area (MLS and county records).
  7. Driver's license, current auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle for inspections.
  8. Must have a space for a home office where professional calls can be made.
  9. Must be able to work a consistent 40 hour work week with no personal issues.
