Appraisal Den is a residential appraisal company owned by Appraisal Den Ops, LLC. We started in Austin with a simple idea: the person who walks the house should belong to the same team that answered your call. Homeowners, lenders, realtors, and attorneys come to us when they need a clear, independent opinion of value — and a partner who does not disappear after the order is placed.
Why staff appraisers
We hire staff appraisers. That means one playbook, one quality standard, and a name you can call when something needs a second look. Volume shops can bounce files across a network. We would rather do fewer things well, and stand behind every report.
Independence and quality
Independence is how we sleep at night. We develop our own opinion of value, we do not accept predetermined numbers, and every report follows USPAP. Quality review lives with the same company that took your order — so if something needs a second look, you already know who to call.
