You appraise the property. Our support team takes care of sales, clients, billing, taxes, and the file.

The client hears from us at every step, so those status calls stay off your phone. Billing. We send the invoice and follow the payment. Getting paid is not a job you take home. Tax reporting. Payroll and the year-end tax forms are handled for you, so tax season is not your second shift. Compliance. Workfiles and credentials stay in order, so compliance is not another hat you wear. Covered costs. MLS, E&O, your license renewal, continuing education, and gas are costs we cover. Software. The software you write the report in stays current, and we cover the fee. Language support. When a client needs another language, our team takes that conversation.
